Jo-Ann Chelstowski, Publisher, recognized the need for a FREE pet magazine to accommodate multi-pet households and pet lovers of all kinds. Jo-Ann has seven years of hands on experience in the advertising and publishing industry. She currently owns and publishes three distinct Bay area magazines, and has a combined 20 years experience as a business entrepreneur. The rest of the “Tail Wagging Team” is made up of our extremely talented and very experienced VP of Sales, Cindy Coats. Cindy has 20 years of print and online advertising experience that she brings to “The Wag Mag” team. Our production department consists of our excellent Graphic Designer, David Anthony and our right-hand Production Manager Samantha Nickelson.
Our Editorial Policy
As a multi-pet magazine designed to celebrate pets as loved family members, we seek to provide the highest quality of editorial writings produced both internally and by established writers. We also welcome local writers to submit their articles for consideration. If submitted articles are found to be appropriate for the publication, we will provide the writer with all the appropriate credits and recognition possible. otherwise, all of the editorial material within is either produced by the editor or syndicated from other sources. Our Advertising Policy
We will not accept ads for pet junk food products, or foods that has been proven to be unhealthy or of questionable ingredients. We will not accept ads for products or practices that can harm, injure or have a negative affect on the health and safety of our pets.
